How Can We Make Noddle Amazing?

No one knows what Noddlers need from our service better than Noddlers themselves. That’s why we’re asking you all to complete our short 5 minute survey before midnight on Friday 28th September, so you can tell us about your experiences, what you like about Noddle and what you don’t like.

To say thanks, we’ll then enter you into a prize draw to win a Love2shop voucher worth £50, which can be used in a number of big name stores, restaurants and attractions (terms and conditions apply, please see below).

Your answers will be anonymous, we won’t share any of your information and all we need is your contact details at the end, so we can enter you in the draw. We’ll then take your answers and use them to help shape the future of Noddle’s products and services. It’s that simple.


Prize Draw Terms and Conditions

  1. This prize draw is only available to UK residents over the age of 18, except for employees of TransUnion UK, their families and any other company directly connected with the administration of this prize draw.
  2. The prize draw is free to enter.
  3. You will automatically be entered into the prize draw once you have completed the survey and provided your contact details where requested.
  4. Only one entry per person is permitted. Any person deliberately providing multiple entries will be disqualified.
  5. There are in total six prizes of Love2shop vouchers, each to the value of £50. Noddle reserves the right to replace the prizes with alternative prizes of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond its control makes it necessary to do so.
  6. The opening date for entries is 14th September 2018. Survey responses must be received no later than midnight on 28th September 2018 to qualify for entry. Any response received after this time will not be considered. The prize draw will then take place on 9th October 2018 using a computer program to randomly generate the four winners.
  7. The winners will be notified by 12th October 2018 using the email address they specified when they completed the survey. If a winner does not claim a prize within 30 days of being notified, they will forfeit the prize and a re- draw will take place. To claim the prize the winner must follow the instructions in the email notifying them that they are the winner. The winner will receive their prize no later than 30 days after they claim the prize.
  8. The winners may be required to participate in publicity connected with this prize draw and it is a condition of entry that the winner agree to their full name and region of residence being made publicly available if they win.
  9. Noddle accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault of any kind.
  10. Noddle reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend or amend the prize draw when it becomes necessary to do so.
  11. The names of the winners may be published on the Noddle Facebook and Twitter pages.
  12. The winner is responsible for paying any income tax (if any) due on the prize won.
  13. There is no cash alternative to the prize.
  14. No responsibility will be accepted for incomplete or lost entries or entries not received.
  15. In the event of any dispute, Noddle’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
  16. The names of the winners will be available after 12th October 2018 by writing to Noddle, One Park Lane, Leeds, West Yorkshire, LS3 1EP.
  17. By entering the prize draw you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. Noddle reserves the right to refuse entry, or refuse to award the prize to anybody in breach of these terms and conditions.
