The 7 days, 7 ways to Deal with Debt campaign encourages people to sign-up to positive, action oriented 7 day email programme created by StepChange’s expert debt advisors that will help you manage your debt and finances better.
This year their advice includes free mindfulness tips to from the Mental Health Foundation to help people deal with debt and take care of their mental health and well being at the same time.
